Our Team

Owned and operated by two couples and friends, Tacoteca is a family affair.

With Edmundo Farerra from La Fuente guiding the front of house and beverages, and Chef Jean Brito helming the kitchen, this duo of Mexican hospitality veterans ensure Tacoteca delivers a taste of tradition, with a contemporary twist.

With decades of experience between them, not to mention thousands of tacos consumed, Edmundo and Jean share a love of masa (corn flour) and a clear vision for the taqueria, cantina and tortilleria, the first of its kind.

The operation is supported by Edmundo’s wife, Anna, and Jean’s partner, Hannah, who have helped bring the concept to fruition.
